How does it work?
1. The hook
Most words have a hook: an English word you already know that looks or sounds like the Spanish word.
2. The story and the picture
A short story joins the hook and the meaning in one scene, and the picture puts that scene right in front of you.
3. Spaced repetition
Each word comes back just before you’d forget it: the next day, after 3 days, after a week, after a month. After a few reviews, you won’t need the hook at all.
